"Unbeatable location with incredible views. A quick taxi ride to West Street but lovely and tranquil away from the hubbub. A beautiful and interesting and very well designed property. The staff were all warm and friendly and welcoming. Excellent high quality breakfast in a beautiful setting. I definitely recommend this hotel as the place to stay in Yangshuo, especially if you prefer to share a space with like-minded independent travelers. "

"Absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. E bike rental at the hotel, good restaurant on location, roof top pool just for taking pictures, and they even sell fireworks you can shoot off at the front desk!"

"It’s a very nice boutique hotel. The room is clean, spacious and love the toilet with all the fancy stuff. The staff are friendly with a little English, but it’s not a problem. We can communicate using the google translate App. Location is in a quiet area, needs to take a taxi/Didi to go to a city centre. I highly recommend this hotel."

"From manager to the staff. They are all welcoming. They let me feel at home away from home. My Yangshuo, Xing Ping and Guilin trip is very memorable. Kudos to the cook, I enjoy the noodle breakfast-2 days is a row. The driver Sam- show me around the area Gloria- who make sure that my need is being attended And to Little Fish- the manager for facilitating everything. The accommodation is a traditional house- which I highly recommended to tourist to China."

"Pros: the grounds are beautiful, the location is great and close to many natural sites, and our room was large. Cons: food was pretty bad, service was generally bad, HVAC in our room didn’t work well, and the staff didn’t speak much if any English."

"An excellent stay. The views from the rooms and terrace are spectacular. The staff were lovely and fantastically helpful. They spoke good English and were able to arrange all the trips we needed including transport and tickets. Not only that but they ensured the drivers took us to the right entry points and were clear about where to pick us up from. We were able to have a ‘tab’ and pay for all our food, trips and massages in one payment at checkout. They were able to take Visa and not just Alipay as was the case with other places we stayed. The building and garden are well designed and all the furniture and fittings have been carefully selected and are tasteful and attractive. The rural location means the views are spectacular but does mean it’s a 50 minute walk from town, but it is possible to get the free shuttle or arrange for a taxi. The food is good quality home cooked fare and there were plenty of vegetarian options and both western and Chinese food available. We had a fabulous stay and are grateful to the lovely staff for all their help"
