We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. There are many options in Yangshuo but most of them are on busy roads. Ancient Village is nestled in beautiful gardens that are immaculately maintained. The staff are incredibly helpful recommending and booking activities. Included breakfast is a bonus (not buffet style but a reasonable range of options that are freshly prepared).

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! We loved this property as it was clean, the room was large and the staff were so helpful. They booked us cars to get from the train station and airport, helped us book a scooter and even gave us food recommendations. We used the pool as it was so hot out and we also ate the breakfast both mornings. The staff were the highlight though as they were truly amazing. Such a beautiful property to be lucky enough to stay at.

This hotel is probably the best hotel in Yangshuo. The facilities are very modern, clean, and the pool has an incredible view of the Li river and the mountains nearby. We only stayed for 1 night at the resort, but would definitely reccommend staying 2 nights instead.

It’s a very nice boutique hotel. The room is clean, spacious and love the toilet with all the fancy stuff.
The staff are friendly with a little English, but it’s not a problem. We can communicate using the google translate App. Location is in a quiet area, needs to take a taxi/Didi to go to a city centre. I highly recommend this hotel.
