"Clean room"

"Room was clean and front desk was very helpful with everything we had questions about. Breakfast buffet had great variety and a nice balance between Korean and International selections. Location was easy to find, staff were helpful, respectful and welcoming. Surrounding scenery and close by walking/running path lined with cherry blossom trees is beautiful. Would definitely return! "

"Looked like photos. Comfy bed, large tub was functional and water was HOT. Spacious. Near public transport. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, arcades, karaoke rooms, etc. Easy check in/out in English. Internet struggled intermittently, making remote work difficult. LOUD sounds of machinery at all times of night and day."

"The room looks nothing like the photos. Those photos must have been taken 20 years ago. Now everything is threadbare and rotting. The mirrors on the ceiling are well maintained, which should tell you all you need to know about the neighborhood. The rooms stink of cigarettes so badly I almost choked when I walked in. The bed is just a box spring with no mattress. The staff don't speak english, and don't make accommodations."

"Everything was fine. We were given hygiene packs which included condoms and lubricant, which seemed odd as we were traveling with our young children. "

"I overlooked check-in time at the time of booking which was at 6pm, kinda late. Was charged ₩30,000 for an early check-in. Room next to our room had a man and woman fighting loud at 3am. Room smelled like cigarette smoke that kept me and the husband sneezing all night as we are allergy prone. Amenity packet given to us had an open toothpaste. Receptionist was grumpy. We are always given 2 hotel card keys at any hotel but the Head One receptionist refused to give an extra one for my husband.Would not recommend for a female solo traveller. Cheap hotel and location was across the train station but..."
