Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff made me feel right at home. A special mention goes to Mashael, who assisted me during checkout. She was incredibly helpful and made the process seamless, ensuring I left with a positive impression. The restaurant staff also deserves recognition. The restaurant manager went above and beyond to ensure each meal was perfectly prepared and served with a smile. I must applaud the cooks for their delicious offerings; every dish was a delight. I also want to highlight the new female host, Bashaeer, who was attentive and made sure all guests felt welcomed and comfortable. Her enthusiasm and professionalism truly enhanced the dining experience. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager in person. His outstanding leadership was evident, and I appreciated that he took the time to check in on me and my stay. It truly shows how dedicated he is to ensuring a great experience for all guests. Overall, the entire team at Holiday Inn Yanbu went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and great hospitality. "I had an exceptional 6-night stay at Hotel Yamama in Yanbu. The overall experience was remarkable. The reception staff, especially the manager Mr. Muhammad, were incredibly friendly and supportive, always making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room amenities were excellent. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient, and the lighting was perfect, with plenty of options to create a comfortable atmosphere. The TV was ideal for relaxation, and the bed was very comfortable. The addition of two cozy chairs and a round tea table was a lovely touch. While I didn’t have daily room cleaning (which I actually preferred for privacy), I always felt comfortable knowing that I could reach out to Mr. Muhammad for anything. The hotel truly respects guest preferences and offers great flexibility. The hotel’s location was convenient, with ample parking reserved for guests. The room was clean, with no unpleasant odors, and all facilities, including the refrigerator and bathroom, were fully functional. The elevator was quick and efficient, adding to the overall comfort. One minor suggestion for improvement: adding a plug points near the dressing table would be useful, especially for those who need to work on laptops in that area. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Yamama for anyone visiting Yanbu – whether you’re a business traveler or a family. It’s a top-notch choice in the area!"
