Ocean view side (which you pay more for) was lovely but the road side is pretty average. Nice common areas.

Ibusuki Royal Hotel
Room is clean. Sea view room is really nice and worth it. Good amenities. Good onsen facilities especially outdoor bath. It is worthwhile to get the half board.

A whole old minka house in a natural setting with an open-air bath

Kino Saji Entire building 88 square meters can / Ibusuki Kagoshima
初ハンモックが殊の外心地よく、開聞岳と海と夕日を眺めながら、高性能のスピーカーをお借りして音楽聴いて、、こんな穏やかな緩やかな時間と空間をありがとうございました。家族4人（中2男子.高2女子と父母）、とても満足して帰宅しました。教えていただいたマンゴーのお店も、物凄く美味しかったです🎵
