"My room phone never worked.They came to fix it but still did not work.
I was told to " dial # 1 to connect to a third party charging system. I could never make it work.
No elevators.
Poor quality breakfast daily.
No refrigerator.
Hotel seems to be a fire hazard. Walls are covered with what seems to be a highly flammable construction material.Only one fire extinguisher on the whole floor. No evacuation plans were in sight. I may be wrong but somebody needs to look into it.

"This hotel, the facilities, the staff, all of the details about material things are really impeccable. Unfortunately, I had been around the city earlier and as before, as elsewhere, for hours outside there was shouting from the street around basically, the subway gangs involved in call center extortion again. It makes the property impossible to enjoy for everyone, and of course I'm not even staying to pay the baseline to keep the hotel running. I imagine it has something to do with Shota...
