Great Place in a Perfect Location

The house was perfect for my large group of friends! Several comfortable beds to ensure that everyone had a place to sleep and lots of room for people to spread out. The pool was perfect and the yard was great for throwing the football around and playing cornhole. The location was also great! It was only 15-20 minutes max to anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely recommend if you have a large group in need of a comfortable stay!

Great Stay with the Ladies

We were a group of ladies traveling for our annual get away. The location was great. We spent all day in the pool. It was wonderful, large enough to have many floats. The bed I slept in was super comfortable. This home would be great for a couple of families traveling together. The kids in the basement and adults upstairs. We try to visit new locations each year but if we did return to Yakima we'd stay again!

August 2023 Stay

We had seven women staying who played a golf tournament in Yakima. The house worked out great. The pool was great after playing in 97 degree heat. Lots of room for us. It would have been great to have the shower in the powder room working, but we managed fine with the other two showers, as we got ready for early morning shotgun starts at the golf course. Definitely recommend!

Great family retreat

This property was perfect for our needs. It is a very clean and well maintained 1950s home. We loved that all of the original built-ins were still there maintaining the original character of the home. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us, ages 3-91. Great to have a dining room that all of us could eat together. The main attraction was the pool. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The kids loved the air hockey and the games. All questions and concerns were promptly replied to. We will definitely consider returning.

A birthday celebration & visit with great grandma.

The stay was great. The house was spacious & clean. Outdoor flood light was missing resulting in a couple of falls. Hard to use dishwasher when there is little soap & that was watered down. We finally figured out the tv. Maybe more instructions on how to use the tv that aren’t hooked up to cable but have Roku et. Not everyone is tech savvy. The house really great for us. Thank you

Gathering Place for Multiple Families

Having downsized to a condo, it was a wonderful find to discover a suitable place nearby for our family to gather for Christmas. Our six children and their families were able to “come home” to Yakima. Two families stayed with us at our condo just five blocks away, but we gather at the ready home for dinners and festivities as well as come and go to visit us at the condo. It was an answer to prayer. The basement had plenty of room for the youngsters to play and be active with air hockey and a giant Connect Four game as well as a fences backyard for playing outside, or putting under the covered area. We’d love to come in the summer and use the pool!could have used more seating and tables in the dining room,so we brought in some but we brought in some card tables and folding chairs

Started off good

This home is spacious and well furnished. Plenty forms of entertainment. We stayed 5 nights and the first three were very good. The dryer was not working (kept saying check lint trap) I emailed the POC that was provided, this email has gone unanswered to this day. The final two nights took an uncomfortable turn. The temps were 103° & 105° respectively and the air condition stopped working. From day one we never touched the thermostat as there is a sign asking not to. There was zero air coming out of the vents which turned the house into a hotbox. We felt pretty hopeless when we contacted evolve which said to contact the homes POC and that contact still hasn’t responded to my initial email about the dryer. Since then evolve has dismissed my concerns for lack of evidence. Very disappointed overall in Evolve and this home. Also if you stay here, be prepared for a stranger to come into the back yard unannounced to clean the pool and eventually be in the carport to move trash bins. If you don’t care about privacy and want to keep your fingers crossed that the HVAC works this will be a great house for you. If you value privacy & comfortability, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Beautiful house, yard and pool. Everything you need to be relaxed and lazy! We hiked on the Cowiche Trail everyday and it was beautiful and alive with wildlife. Enjoyed the pool and sun, as well as a few wineries and restaurants.
