This house is well located, well stocked, and just as described. Originally there were supposed to be four of us, but due to illness it was just myself and my husband. We were visiting family, so ended up mostly showering, having breakfast and sleeping at the house. It would have been nice to have more time to enjoy that wonderful sunroom, deck, and back yard. I look forward to our next stay.

Soccer stay

We stayed here while our daughters had a soccer tournament at the sozo center. Great location for stores and soccer. The home was clean, homey, and so fun for the girls. We highly recommend this stay! The host was responsive very kind and helpful!

Comfortable and spacious

This home is comfortable, clean and spacious. We had all the amenities we needed for our brief stay. The back yard is a very relaxing area to eat meals. The only real mark against it is that it is on a relatively busy street, but there is off-street parking. We will definitely book again if we're in the area!

Quaint home - central location

My daughter had a multi day USTA tennis tournament. The tennis center was 5 minutes away.The house was clean and as described. The hosts were timely in their communication. If you're for quaint home, centrally located, this is a solid choice.

Perfect weekend location!

We were in town for our daughter's tournament. The location was excellent for ease and distance from the gyms. The hosts were super communicative and responsive. The house is exactly as the pictures showed. We will definitely book again if we are back in Yakima for a long weekend!

Fresh hop festival visit

I rented this house with some friends for the Fresh Hop Festival and it was perfect! A great backyard, close to the festival grounds, and plenty of space for all of us.

Nice family home

The house was nice and well stocked with everything we needed to stay for a week. The kitchen was pretty well supplied, nice big table for family dinners and games, and tons of toys to keep young kids playful throughout the day.

Lovely home

We were visiting my brother and his family over the weekend to celebrate my nieces birthday. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It is such a calm neighborhood and the house is beautiful. Will definitely book again next time we visit my brother.

Great location and very clean home.

This house is located across the street from the hospital and as a visiting provider this was the perfect location. The home is very nice and quiet with multiple bedrooms and comfortable beds. There are also bunk beds in one of the bedrooms which is great if someone has kids with them. I would stay here again.

Perfect Place for Us

This house is located in a great place in Yakima. It is easy to get to. We would love to go when the weather is warmer because the back yard is so nice! We were very comfortable. The owner was very attentive to our needs and we will definitely being staying here again.

Graduation weekend

The home was clean and comfy. It had everything we needed and more than most. Communication with the owners was excellent and included all necessary information. Check in was easy and check out requirements were very reasonable. We would be glad to stay at this home again.

Great home base for all the valley offers!

Amazing hospitality in this home. We enjoyed breweries and great food both directions east and west in the valley and a morning walk to the beautiful park nearby and through the beautiful neighborhoods. Perfect home base for a weekend series against the Yakima Pippins baseball. great stadium experience too. Thanks again!

The home was as described from listing. Cute backyard with plenty of seating. Kitchen fully equipped with the standard necessities. Bedrooms neat and clean with comfortable mattresses. Close to everything in Yakima. Highly recommended.

A TOPS weekend!

Our group of five felt right at home and enjoyed the cozy environment. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The beds and pillows were comfy- although the ladies sharing the hide-a-bed in the sun room had a great laugh getting in/out of bed, said it too was comfy.

Fantastic Place

My family of four stayed at this Yakima house for the weekend. Paul was great at communicating all of the instructions and was so nice as well. The house was in such a great location- wonderful restaurants nearby and everything we could need withing a 5 minutes drive. The house was very clean and comfortable and it has all of the amenities we could need.I'd strongly recommend staying here.
