Villa Siroco Lanzarote is a pleasant 2 bedroom property around 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Playa Blanca and its wealth of shops, eateries and bars. The fashionable Rubicon Marina, with its designer shops and restaurants overlooking the yachts, is a short drive away and well worth a visit during your stay. The villa is spacious inside and out and has a private swimming pool, making it a great choice for your Lanzarote holiday. This semi-detached villa is located in the Parque del Rey residential development, a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. Here, you will find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants, with also a good selection available within a short drive at Rubicon Marina. The nearest beach is Playa Blanca in the town centre, plus Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo are just a short drive away.
