Lovely stay

Pascual is a great host, very kind and friendly, and Pam has been very helpful with our pre-trip questions. Great location, lovely villa, would definitely recommend and return again.

Nice family stay on Lanzarote

A few electrical/appliance issues popped up, but were addressed promptly. Location and layout of the property were ideal for our family gathering.

Great villa

Family break

Location was good and sea views a bonus. Fantastic outdoor space. Great check in etc. Villa was clean. If anything an indoor refresh would be good and could do with comfier beds. But overall wehad a great stay. anytjing it couod do with a refresins

Lovely Villa

The villa is very comfortable with with a great private pool area and pleasant outside terrace seating areas. It is in a great location a short stroll to Flamingo beach and the sea front bars and restaurants. Pascual and Pam were excellent hosts, thank you.

Great property

Great property, and great location. We loved the hamper pack on arrival, such a nice touch. The kitchen didn't have much space for groceries and not enough sockets but apart from that everything was brilliant. Would stay again for sure. The amazing subsets from the balcony was a definite highlight

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa in a great location. As a family of 5 with a young baby we felt the villa was perfect for us. Santiago our host was great. The villa was clean and perfectly equipped. A short walk to Flamingo beach and the shops, it’s in a great location. The booking process was easy & communication from Pam was always very quick. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

The property is as described, very well equipped. All the essentials and more in the kitchen, plus plenty of towels. The pool area has a pool table and dart board to keep young ones entertained. Pascual is a lovely man and was always on hand if needed. He also came to clean the pool a few times. Pascual arranged a lovely welcome pack with beer, soft drinks and cava plus nibbles. The villa has a lovely sea view and just a few minutes walk to Flamingo beach. If we come back to Lanzarote I'm sure we will return. Thank you Pascual and Pam.

Absolutely amazing villa

We stayed for 16 nights and it was amazing. Very clean modern and well equipped. The location is perfect it's in a quiet area and the walk along the front to town is a lovely 15 min walk. The pool area was great it was cleaned everyday by the owner and he makes you feel very welcome. My son loved the pool table and darts in the evening while we had a bbq. The villa really does have everything you would need on a holiday. Pascual the owner has a bar local called snoopys that was great and was very handy for any questions we had. We will definitely be returning soon.pascual also has other villas as he let us stay in one on our last day free as we had a night time flight. Nothing was ever too much trouble even when I locked the keys in the villa and he had to drill the lock out.

Nice villa spoilt by a poor pool area

This villa is large, well equipped and well located close to Flamingo beach. The pool area, however, was a major let down. Ripped and broken umbrellas, a broken pool table (why have one there in any case?) and a pool hatch with hinges whitch would have cut your feet badly. The pool itself developed a white foam towards the end of the holiday but I was told that was normal. It certainly wasn't normal for next doors pool which looked pristine every day. Shame really as a bit of investment would sort it out.

Fantastic family villa

After arriving at Lanzarote we had to ring Pam to arrange for Pascual to meet us after our transfer and show us around the villa. The villa has everything you need, all the kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, this began leaking while we were there and Pascual came round with a plumber to try to fix it. The next day a new one was fitted. In the villa it has 3 good sized bedrooms 2 ensuite and a good size lounge with tv inc sports channels. Outside after walking through the garden and down a few steps your at the pool area with 6 sunbeds, bbq and pool table. There is a large balcony with 2 seating areas. Beach towels were provided and Pascual came round regularly to clean the pool and make sure everything was ok. We are a family who don't mind a walk and we often walked into Playa Blanca but always got a taxi back as we also did going to the Spar supermarket, not the closest but far cheaper and more choice. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa

Great villa but needs some TLC

The villa is in a great location and we did not struggle to get taxis to Playa Blanca town. The villa itself was enough for what we wanted but it needs some TLC. The décor is outdated and it lets itself down due to the lack of care. The oven had no shelving which made it difficult to cook with. The rooms do not have any aircon only fans which you need to leave on 24/7 to feel the difference. The door in the kitchen cannot be opened without it letting out an awful sound so the dining room gets very hot. The pool table is unusable due to neglect, but the dart board was fine (just bring your own darts). The pool tends to get dirty easily no matter how much you use the net. We would have like the pool to have had more regular attention to reduce the issues. We believe that if the villa had a little more investment put into it, it could be amazing. The only thing that disappointed us was extra charges just before arrival. The villa quite clearly is for 6 people (6 beds, 6 sunbeds etc). We originally booked for 5 and notified Pascual of a sixth visitor before we flew out, however we then had to pay an addition surcharge for this extra visitor. We felt this was unfair due to already paying for the villa, and the sixth person not needing anything extra from Pascual or the villa itself. However, whenever we has any issues Pascual was great and resolved things as quickly as possible so we cannot fault him as a host. If the villa had more investment we would be happy to return.

Great, but room for improvement

The property is excellent in many ways and probably good value all things considered. It has great outside space but the inside is a little tired. I suppose one could argue it is homely. All around there are small things that niggle a little. The internet was hopeless which really negated the great TV channels on offer. Apparently it is shared with another villa in the same block (this villa is not detached) and that would seem to me to be an issue. The TV itself was hard to turn on and off. The IPTV box had power issues. The remote controllers seemed incompatible and did random things. Altogether very frustrating. The locks for the entry gate and main door are fiddly and all the keys look the same. The pool table is functional but of an age. The cues are mainly in a bad state. The darts are just useless. The beds creak a bit. The lights in one bedroom go on and off randomly. None of the beds were super kings . There are no games to play (lots of books though) All these little things just add up. It is a shame as it would be excellent with just a bit of TLC. We loved our time in this location and would not say 'dont come here' but just be ready for the odd deflation.

We would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were attentive and quick to answer any queries we had and were very warm and welcoming on arrival and left some treats in the fridge which was a nice touch. The property had everything and was well stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. The pool was a good size and pool table and darts table a real bonus that you don’t find in many places. The property is well located close to the beach which is a sandy cove surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants and anything you would need. The area had a good atmosphere and a lively buzz to it but also very peaceful and safe. Perfect for families. We travelled with teenagers and a younger child and all enjoyed the trip and the property very much.

Lovely villa, great location. 5/10 minute walk to playa flamingo beach. Great views of fuerteventura from the balcony.Plenty of fans in the property for the warm night's. Kids loved the pool.

Fijne villa op goede locatie

We hebben een fijn verblijf, van 4 weken, gehad in de villa. De villa zelf is wat gedateerd en heeft zeker onderhoud nodig. De ruimte was fijn voor ons gezelschap ( 2 stellen), met een ruime tuin en verwarmd zwembad. De ligging is ook ideaal, klein stukje lopen naar Flamingo beach. Wel aan een drukke weg en tegenover waterpark Aqualava. Van het waterpark heb je niet veel overlast ( in onze periode). De wekelijkse schoonmaak was fantastisch, de medewerkers waren aardig, zij verschoonden de bedden en handdoeken en maakten alles perfect schoon!!

Great location

The Villa was in a great location and sea views were fabulous.The decor was dated which was not a problem however i do feel that from the pictures on the website to now it is abit tired. Just needs some attention to detail ie, pool table, dart board, outside table cloth was all ripped.The hot water was fantastic, with 3 of us using it and not a problem at all.Communication with both Pam and Sandy were great.ofattention

A total break away from everything.

I would highly recommend this villa to all...whether it's for couples, family or friends. I went with my 9 year old son...it had everything you could possibly need in the area, within walking distance.The villa itself was amazing and lacked nothing. Great Value and Location

A great villa in a perfect location. As others have mentioned, the villa is a little tired and the towels and sheets could do with changing. However the overall package and value is great and we had a wonderful time here.

Very good villa

A well equipped villa in a good location offering easy walking access to Playa Blanca centre (around 20 minutes) and Playa Flamingo (around 5 minutes. Also, around a three minute walk to the number 30 bus, which offers access to Playa Blanca central, Marina Rubicon and Faro Park. Buses both ways every 30 minutes on time and cheap from early til late. The swimming pool is a decent size and the pool table and darts added to the fun. The host was attentive and helped me with instructions on accessing the most comprehensive TV sports package I've ever seen (free). I did try to limit my viewing though, given that my wife was with me! Highly recommended.
