Villa Emerita is a pleasant 3 bedroom property within walking distance of the fashionable Rubicon Marina and its shops, bars and restaurants overlooking the yachts. Beautiful beaches and the centre of Playa Blanca are a short drive away. Back at the villa, you'll have a spacious outside area, good quality interiors and a glimpse of the sea and mountains from the raised dining terrace. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Villa Emerita is a pleasant semi-detached property centrally located in Playa Blanca. Playa Dorada Beach with its beautiful golden sands is 15 minutes' walk away, and the resort centre is 5 minutes further, or less than 5 minutes in a car. The fashionable Rubicon Marina with its shops, bars and restaurants is less than 10 minutes' walk away - a real shopping paradise with a huge choice of superb restaurants overlooking the yachts.
