Ubicada en la exclusiva zona residencial de Las Coloradas, en Playa Blanca, Casa Canas es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajadas en el sur de Lanzarote. Su excelente ubicación permite llegar en pocos minutos a las espectaculares Playas de Papagayo, un paraíso de arena dorada y aguas cristalinas considerado uno de los rincones más bellos de las Islas Canarias.
La villa ha sido diseñada para ofrecer el máximo confort y, sobre todo, una privacidad total. La propiedad está completamente cerrada y protegida, por lo que la piscina, el solárium y las zonas exteriores disfrutan de una intimidad absoluta, sin vistas desde otras viviendas. Un espacio exclusivo donde relajarse, tomar el sol o disfrutar de una cena al aire libre con total tranquilidad.
En el exterior encontrarás una amplia terraza con piscina privada climatizada, cómodas tumbonas, zona de barbacoa y agradables espacios para compartir momentos inolvidables. Además, desde la villa podrás disfrutar de vistas al mar y a la isla de Lobos.
El interior es amplio, luminoso y está totalmente equipado para que no tengas que preocuparte de nada. Dispone de cuatro dormitorios con aire acondicionado, tres de ellos con baño en suite y todos con acceso directo a la zona de jardín y piscina, una moderna cocina abierta completamente equipada y un acogedor salón con Smart TV y Wi-Fi de alta velocidad. También cuenta con consola de videojuegos, lavadora, trona y cuna disponibles para familias.
La ubicación es otro de sus grandes atractivos. Además de encontrarse muy cerca de las Playas de Papagayo, la villa está a pocos minutos del paseo marítimo, de la playa de Las Coloradas y de la exclusiva Marina Rubicón, donde encontrarás una amplia oferta de restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas, supermercado y actividades de ocio.
