Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day. 3 pools and jacuzzis. The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily.

This was a fantastic long weekend. We upgraded to the elite and enjoyed the adults pool area which was a surprise. Loads of familles but never really heard them Enjoyed branded drinks in the elite open top terrace. Truly relaxing we would definitely return

If I can give more the 5 stars I would lovely staff lovely food special chef SALM in the restaurant he is very helpful worth it to pay for the royal upgrade it was our first time but will come every year

Very quiet locations

We enjoyed our stay at Sandos. The location worked well for us as it was right at the edge of Playa Blanca, and so was very quiet. There was a good range of food, however there were limited main course choices for vegetarians. Some of the food could have been warmer.

Good food, excellent value. Royal elite worth it for us, sea view spacious room, elite dining and lounges. Area around pool very tired and could do with a refurbishment. Check in was not the best, reception staff really need to be more friendly (all other staff great)

high density hotel

A mixed bag; we upgraded to royal elite - this gives access to additonal exclusive lounges and dedicated restaurant. The Royal elite restaurant experience was nice, but the food did not differ ( perhaps even less choice) to the main restaurant. Room was tired and had a heavy cigarette smell, though non smoking. Aircon was noisy and ineffective affecting sleep. What you do get with Royal elite is drinks served in the restaurant ( with I suspect a better wine) plus somewhat amazingly a serve yourself premium drinks bar in the lounges. Nice, but it did suit heavier drinkers than us. Some hefty measures were in evidence. Getting a pool sunbed was very tricky and there is almost no greenery/ gardens to this hotel.

All good. Out room was not cleaned one of the days but no big deal. Good amenities but disappointed that tobuse the warm indoor pools you had to pay even on all inclusive
