  • Large 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa situated in a quite residential area of Montana Roja, Playa Blanca, within easy walking distance to Playa Blanca Town Center where you will find a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches.
    The private garden and large pool 9x4.5 with a depth of 1.8 (optional Pool Heating £15 per day charge) the area is perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine, there is a shallow pool ideal for small children and babies to splash around in.
    The large patio area is complete with a BBQ, dining table and chairs positioned under a pergola.
    Villa Ocaso sleeps 8 people, downstairs is a large double bedroom, en-suite shower, patio doors leading onto the terrace area, bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom, 2nd shower room/wc.
    Upstairs is another large double bedroom with patio doors leading onto the balcony, a second twin bedroom, shared bathroom with full sized bath and overhead shower.
    Downstairs living area, with large dining area, seating for 8 people, and small seating area with patio doors leading onto the terrace.

This was a well equipped villa a little rustic possibly needs a little refurb . However it was perfect for a group of six friends who spent a huge amount of time socialising in and around the lovely heated pool. The management team were excellent answering questions and accommodating early entry. The view from upper balcony was an absolute bonus.

We had an amazing stay, the villa was perfect and the outside space was amazing. We loved the pool and used the bbq at night times. It was a 15 minute walk down to the prom and 20 mins to playa flamingo.Very quiet area and felt very safe

Had a great time at villa occaso, was perfect size accommodation for the 7 of us 4 adults and 3 children. Ideally situated for a walk to most places in Playa Blanca. Would recommend for a good family group holiday!

We have just returned from a weeks stay and we were very happy with the villa. The pool was a real draw a great size and didn't need the heating. The bedrooms were all comfortable and I would say the only negative was the lack of air conditioning. The property hosts were really on the ball, as when we spoke to them they promptly delivered more fans, which kept the bedrooms cool. Would happily stay again as the location was ideal.

Had a fabulous holiday. Nice safe quiet area. Pool was a great size, clean and warm (we paid extra for heating) nice big outside area. Villa was clean and a good size. 8 of us in total. 4 adults & 4 children. Age's 7-13. Kitchen had everything you need. Washing machine and dishwasher were an added bonus. All beds were comfy. Villa could do with a touch up here and there but this did not bother us just thought I'd mention it. We would 100% return.

Lanzerotte first visit.....

Amazing villa, really roomy for the four of us. Would still be comfortable with 8. We hired a car as wanted to see the Island, but no need really. A 20 minute walk into the town, 5 euro in a taxi. BBQ quality.

Lovely Villa

We recently returned having stayed at Villa Ocaso. The pool was a really good size and the kids pool was perfect for our 6 month old to enjoy. The Villa itself was really nice and spacious, the fans were a welcome addition as it got very warm at times! Jodie kindly allowed us to access the Villa early as we had an early flight into Lanzarote. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay had by us all, the villa was clean and well equipped, a large sized pool which was great when we treated ourselves to the heating. Walk into town was 20 mins all down hill, property manager was helpful and pleasant to deal with A great location and quiet too, WiFi and uk to channels, keys were left in a key safe which made check in straight forward, well worth a visit

Lovely villa, perfect for family stay to allow everyone to go at their own pace. Nice residential area - no traffic noise or other disturbances. Pleasant walk to and from Playa Blanca even with 4 under 10s in tow - much flatter than I expected. Lots of amenities nearby. Great communication with property managers both before and during stay. Hoping to return!

Excellent Villa

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Ocaso. The property is very well maintained and excellently equipped. Very clean and tidy on arrival. Location is great, a nice walk down to the main town around 15mins. The pool is absolutely lovely and communication with Jodie really simple and easy.

Nice spacious villa but needs a bit of updating. We had issues on a couple of days where water went off intermittently. Good communication with Jodie and was advised it was the whole community, slightly inconvenient. On property instructions requests you use plastic glasses/cups outside however, only 1 or 2 child’s beakers provided. Could invest in some nice outdoor tableware. Walkable to the centre in the day however, would not attempt when dark as have to negotiate very stony waste ground. Overall good stay & good communication from Jodie.

Very much a holiday let, clean and functional. Great pool and outside area, asked to keep property clean but no cleaning utensils or products provided ie. Dishclothes, cleaner for toilets, washing up liquid or bin bags etc so had to go out and stock up on arrival. Overall had a great time.

Great outdoors space with lovely very large pool. The villa is fine but generally feels a bit tired and dated. Easy 20 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca, supermarkets and the beach. Property management was responsive with someone coming out to replace shower heads within the hour. Also, we greatly appreciated the flexibility of allowing us a late check out to meet our requirements.

Fabulous villa in a fabulous location

We have just returned from two incredible weeks staying at Villa Ocaso. The villa is in a fantastic location. It is a short walk from Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo (our favourite place to eat, drink and just soak up the sun whilst taking in the wonderful view). There is a small shop just across the way from the villa where you can purchase all your essentials. The villa is spacious with a lovely pool area where we spent most of our mornings just relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We will most definitely be returning.
