Lovely quiet location

We spent a very comfortable two weeks in the bungalow, the furnishings are tradional but it had every modern convenience and is very spacious. Pasquel the owner was extremely helpful with any problem we had and we felt very safe in the gated community, and only a short walk from Flamingo Beach.

Fantastic location and homely villa

Realy enjoyed 10 days in this villa and Pascual is an excellent and obliging host. The location is central to the port and the town so no need for taxis or buses.

Great villa and location

We loved playa Blanca and the location of the villa was superb. The villa was as it was advertised. And all communication with the owner was brilliant. Loved it and would definitely go back. Children loved the pool and the jacuzzi and our private terrace for sunbathing.

Great Location

We had a lovely 2 weeks break at Pascul's villa. Pascul was on hand to answer any queries we had. The villa was clean and comfortable and the pool was great and shared between three villas. Perfect location with a short walk into town and the playa flamingo beach.

Great Location

My wife and I have just returned from a 9 day stay at the villa. Everything is as advertised, a great location less than 5mins walk to the nearest supermarket bars and restaurants. Pascual the owner was an excellent host and is always at hand for any queries you may have. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location and a very nice little villa. A few issues with facilities that didn't work properly and the property manager didn't always respond in a timely manner but for the price, I'd happily recommend it.

Lovely holiday!

We had a lovely holiday in Pascual's property. It is in an ideal location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches. The house was perfect for 3 friends and the pool was great. The only thing was the shower in the main bathroom leaked. The beds were comfortable and the living areas and kitchen were perfect. We would definitely return.

You get what you pay for

Villa was nice and in a great location however the pool was to far away and it felt like I was intruding when I walked over to it as it was past 2 other villas so I did not use it, the beds were memory foam and to hard, cushions also very hard. The shower had very little pressure and so took some time to wash hair etc, but the villa was well equipped and a very good price, we enjoyed our week and used the buses to and from the airport, much cheaper and very easy, bus number 161 with airline on back so thank you Pasquel for the use of your villa .

Lovely stay and ideal location

We booked this villa after meeting Pascual on a previous holiday in Playa Blanca. The communication via email and WhatsApp from Paloma ahead of our stay was great, she sent useful instructions on how to enter the property and was available for any questions we had. The property is as advertised. A few things could do with being updated but overall a lovely villa, well equipped and spacious with a few different seating areas. We travelled with a baby so a travel cot and highchair was provided for us. We liked how the villa was away from the pool as it felt very private and not an issue to walk a few steps to the pool. We enjoyed having our sun loungers away from the pool and the trees provided shade for the baby. We know Playa Blanca quite well so chose this villa for its great location, near by a few shops and restaurants and not a far walk to the main town or flamingo beach. Staying in the villa made travelling with a baby for the first time so easy, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pascual and Paloma for a great stay!

Great location but a bit run down

The location and size of the house was perfect for us. Close to everything in walking distance. The host is also nice and responsive, late checkout was possible which was great. Dishwasher and washing machine were very good. Everything is available in the kitchen. What we did not like was the smell in both bathrooms. The windows had to be open 24/7. In both bedrooms the walls have yellowish stains probably too much humidity - there is no AC which could be the reason. Mattresses are worn out and should be replaced. In one room they were very smelly. Internet did not work at all for 10 days. And everything just feels kinda used. We did not use the pool, but it did not seem to be much heated (we were there late winter). Somewhere was mentioned that a cleaning will happen after 1 week - not for us, but we did not ask. Overall we think with some renovation the house has a lot of potential.

Nice villa in a very convenient location.

Great area, nice, well equipped villa. Could do with an update to bathrooms and the kitchen but we had an enjoyable stay. The owner Pascual is lovely and communication was easy.

Great location

A comfortable stay everything we needed was there, maybe the beds needed to be replaced but we're used to a harder bed! Pascal is lovely and also Santiago who owns 27 & 28, fabulous location to front town and a 5min walk to flamingo beach and a 10 min walk to the high street all in all a very comfortable stay
