Guayre House is an exclusive villa designed for those seeking relaxing, private holidays with all amenities, located in the sophisticated Puerto Calero area, less than 10 minutes walking from the lively marina, where you will find a carefully selected range of restaurants, cafes, design shops and a small supermarket, and just 10-15 minutes walking from the beach.

This elegant single-storey dwelling - ideal for people with reduced mobility - combines comfort and style in a quiet environment, with a spacious outdoor area perfect for disconnecting: private pool surrounded by sun loungers, Balinese bed, outdoor shower, barbecue area, outdoor dining area, ping-pong table, outdoor toilet and fully equipped laundry area.

Inside, the house has three spacious bedrooms, one of them a spectacular main suite with an extra-large bed, air conditioning, television with international channels, private bathroom with bathtub and shower, and direct access to the terrace and pool; the other two bedrooms offer single beds that can be joined as needed, television in each one and a spacious shared bathroom with bathtub, shower and double washbasin.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances - oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster and complete kitchenware - and connects to a bright dining room and a spacious living room with air conditioning and smart TV with international channels.

The entire property has high-speed WiFi connection via fibre, including bedrooms and outdoor areas, and a cot is offered upon request, as well as bed linen, bath towels and pool towels for each guest.

Komfortables Haus in schöner Lage.

Sehr viel Bewegungsfreiheit. Schöne Räumlichkeiten. Angenehm beheizter Pool. Ausstattung sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn die nebenstehende Reparatur erledigt ist. Das Dach auf beiden Veranda Seiten ist absolut sanierungsbedürftig. Bei etwas stärkeren Regen muss man den Außenbereich verlassen da es undicht ist. An einer Stelle ist es unserer Meinung nach demnächst einsturzgefährdet. Das muss dringend repariert werden.
