Marcastell is a very well-maintained and quiet residential complex with beautiful gardens, ideal for relaxing. It’s a 10-minute walk to the town’s most popular beach, Playa Blanca, and 5 minutes to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. It’s very well connected thanks to the bus stop right across the street, and there’s public parking in case you want to rent a car during your stay (though it’s not necessary given the nearby amenities!).



The apartment offers a total of about 60 square metres of living space, including two large terraces that get plenty of sun all day long—perfect for enjoying breakfast or a snack in the warm Lanzarote sun. In addition, there are two comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of privacy to enjoy a Spanish siesta.
