The breakfast every morning was really good! Also - we did our laundry there for free. Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms. Convenient location. Would stay there again 😊

The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable - while being at the centre of district 1. But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life.

The hotel is in a great location and very walkable to many sites and great restaurants. There is a small but very nice rooftop pool and the breakfast buffet was the best I had during a 3 week journey across VN. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that not all the junior suites seem to be the same. I was initially placed in room 711 which felt cramped because of the layout but was moved to 309 after the first night and that room was spacious. The hotel is a little older but very clean and well maintained.
