I booked a family room with a large window and we given a room with almost no window so we requested another room which we got but the room was very small. Not enough space for 3 people with 3 suitcases.
Breakfast was good.
Staff were amazing!

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights of our experience was the breakfast buffet. The selection was great, but the smoked salmon Eggs Benedict truly stole the show for me—it was the best I have ever had! It was absolutely delicious and made breakfast one of my favorite parts of our stay.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really appreciated the excellent service, cleanliness, and amazing food. We would definitely recommend HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE and would love to stay here again!

"スタッフは英語を使わないためコミュニケーションにGoogle翻訳が必須ですが、宿泊者の希望に応えようという姿勢が常にどのスタッフからも感じられました。部屋は様々なタイプがありますが、今回宿泊して部屋はドアを開けると直ぐにバスタブがあり、シャワーは全然違う場所にあるという不思議な構造で使いにくいと感じました。洗面台のライトも最新のタッチセンサー式でしたが壊れていて点灯しませんでした。プール、露天風呂は清潔でリゾートホテルとして魅力的だと感じました。クレジットカードを利用できないので注意が必要です。"
