"All around the Hotel was absolutely amazing. The view of the lake from the lobby is stunning as you enter the hotel. The staff here treat their guest like royalty and would like to thank them for giving top notch service all-round the hotel. My wife and I found our room very clean, comfortable and the in-room onsen very relaxing. The hotel also has an amazing common area waterworld pool section and private gender specific onsens which I highly recommend taking advantage of during your stay. The breakfast buffet food was delicious with an abundant of options to satisfy anyone's food craving needs. "

"B&B nestled in the hill country 30 minutes from Alishan National Park/visitor area. We were upgraded to a room with a view and two King’s beds. The staffs are very courteous, helpful, and engaging, make the guests feel at home. The facility is well maintained. No pest intrusion into the cabin. A 20 min walk/hike to see Alishan sunrise.(level is moderate) "

"Great experience. Parking was easy right across the street. Very clean and convenient to everything. Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. The kids enjoyed the arcade room and their tatami room bed. Staff was very helpful and arrived right away to help us with the bed when we requested it. We especially enjoyed the free bikes with children’s seats - it was so easy to bike along the boardwalk right outside, and our sons are already asking to go back. "
