We spent three nights in this hotel, in the middle of Xi'an, just a couple of minutes on foot from the bell tower. Staffs, including those who cleaned our room were kind and always smiling. Gave us an extra bottles of water, while I was not feeling well and resting in the room. Our room was on the fifth floors, so we did not here any noise at all. Most of guests here seems to be Chinese, so staff barely speaks English, but use their smartphones to communicate with us. We would come back. Many thanks.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic hotel and excellent value. Extremely modern room, great layout, staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Lots of little touches made for a wonderful stay. Great location for getting around Xi'an. I will definitely be staying here again when I return!

Exceptional Boutique Hotel
This is a great boutique hotel, exceptional staff, exceptional service, they don't speak much English but make use of translation apps on their phone, you won't have any communication issues. Rooms are new, modern and clean, well laid out, had limited hanging and drawer space but that's quite normal nowadays for these types of hotel, very large bed and reasonable desk area. The hotel is actually just off the main road (about 25m) down a pleasant and well lit arched alley which means no traffic or traffic noise or bright lights so you'll get a good night's sleep. Had a good-sized fridge, didn't have a safe in the room but I'm sure there are facilities at reception if you need them. Good location, about 300m from the Bell Tower and metro with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Reasonable breakfast, also in the evening serves as a good bar area with a wide range of beers and other drinks, seemed to have some live music most nights (e.g. singer with a guitar), finished by about 9pm so won't keep you awake at night.

This hotel was amazing! Was greeted with some tea when we got in. The hotel staff were amazing and showed us to our room. Very helpful. Then showed us to this amazing noodle family restaurant and helped us order. They went above and beyond and we felt so comfortable. Rooms were really cute and clean. Excellent location too. Would recommend this place to anyone!! Didn’t speak any English but they used a translation app and we had no issues at all!
