I would give this hotel 10 out of 5 stars if I could. 3 generations from my family stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience in all aspects, particularly its staff and service. Everybody we ran into at the hotel from the front desk to housekeeping to the hotel restaurant went way above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as it possibly can. It truly became our home away from home in Xi'An. The hotel is located in a central location within walking distance to many tourist sites, restaurants, shops, transportation, and even a hospital. It was very quiet in our room despite the location. The room was not the most spacious or luxurious but it was a decent size, clean, and in excellent condition. If we visit Xi'An in the future, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel in the city center, 5 minutes walking to Bell tower, lots of dining options around the hotel. Very friendly staff, especially the cleaning lady Wang Hong Mei(王红梅)and Engineering department manager Mr.Meng(孟经理) are very kind and helpful,I am so glad choosing this hotel and definitely will come back again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for first time visitors. There is plenty of things to see and places to eat nearby. Very clean and lovely space and friendly staff!!
