"Hotel was nice, very accurate with the photos provided for the room. I had a good time during my stay, a bit of trouble checking in, didn’t received the code to the door at noon and when I got to the hotel they told me check in was a 5pm when in Expedia it says at 3pm, I had asked beforehand to do an early check in and they helped me out with that, the room was clean and again, I had a good time during my stay."

"A disappointing apartment, certainly not worth over £110 per night. Very basic with unattractive furnishing. The advertised 'parking on site' is only 1 space for 2 apartments and was not available on our arrival - this should be made clear in the listing. There are cameras on the balcony and hot tub so we did not use either as it was so intrusive. When we arrived the bedsheets and towels smelt awful, they came to change but hardly any better. The air conditioning smelt bad and we had to sleep...

"Very good breakfast, spacious deluxe room with good facilities and a balcony, many with a sea view. Spacious restaurants with good range of food and excellent serving staff. Pool facilities very good. Staff very helpful. Good location on coast and not too far from town centre. Would have liked wider range of items on bar menu and restaurant menu near the pool in the evening. Very good at arranging taxis from hotel but pick-up’s were less reliable."

Since my last visit, they’ve refurbished the gym and added filtered water and coffee machines to the rooms, showing a genuine commitment to continually improving the guest experience. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the consistently exceptional customer service across every department. I’ve stayed here several times now and genuinely can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Malta. Whether you’re travelling for business or leisure, the location is ideal and the experience is second to none. The pool team are fantastic and always happy to help with anything you need. The concierge and porters are consistently welcoming and quick to offer assistance, while housekeeping is incredibly well organised. Everything is done in a way that leaves guests feeling relaxed, comfortable and genuinely looked after. The management team are also highly visible and approachable throughout the hotel, which reflects just how well it is run. This is an outstanding Marriott, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Malta. They consistently go the extra mile, and that’s exactly why I keep coming back. Malta is a very special place to me, and over the years this hotel has become just as special in its own right."

"This resort is in the perfect location on Golden Bay. We loved our time here and enjoyed the facilities including the pool and private beach. A Sea View room is a must if you want the most gorgeous views day and night. The balconies are private and spacious. The room has a small refrigerator, a microwave and basic kitchen supplies. Perfect for families!"

"A few years since our last visit - and we were greeted with an enormous building site in front of the hotel & 2 gigantic apartment blocks towering over the hotel !! Not what we were remembering at all & no information from the hotel/booking company regarding this, our room looked straight at the building site!!! We asked to move rooms which the hotel did do after a few days and we had a beautifully refurbished room. Fortunately there was minimal construction noise. The hotel staff were excellent as friendly and helpful as ever. Great restaurants. We did think though the addition of a late bar with music would be good for those who don’t want to walk down to the bay as all areas close at 10.30pm, though with the new hotel opening next door guests will go there instead. We were also slightly concerned by the hotel allowing groups of teenagers to stay who had obviously just finished their exams and didn’t seem to fit with the hotels vibe. But that said we had a good stay."
