The VORAMAR residential complex is a low-rise three-story building without an elevator, located on the very first line of the beach with direct access to the sand. Located in the northern part of Xeraco beach, near restaurants and other services. A quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest.

Offers a beautiful pool with a cordoned-off children's splash area, surrounded by walkable and landscaped common areas.

Apartment on the second floor (no elevator), with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with shower tray), independent kitchen with laundry area and living-dining room with access to a West-facing terrace. Includes parking space. Capacity 6 people.

NO PETS ALLOWED. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years old)

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!

Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.

The city council of Xeraco offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).

The beach of Xeraco offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
