The PARQUEMAR I complex consists of a six-storey block, with a large common area surrounding the swimming pool and tennis court. It has covered parking. Located in the North zone, 65 m from the sand, 40 metres from San Vicente Camping and the Lizarán brewery. Very quiet area, with little traffic, which ensures rest.



Apartment with three bedrooms, one full bathroom, toilet-shower, independent kitchen with gallery-laundry and West-facing terrace with views of the swimming pool and common areas. The living-dining room has access to the main terrace facing East, fronting the sea, from which there are fabulous panoramic views of the Mediterranean. It has a third North-facing terrace accessible from the main bedroom, ideal for the hottest days! Includes parking space.

NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old).

PETS ALLOWED with maximum weight of 10 kilos (7€/night)

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of 150 € that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.

The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
