The DORASAL residential complex is situated at the southern end of Xeraco beach, first line with direct beach access, low-rise construction without lift, featuring a lake-style swimming pool with a fenced children's paddling area, children's play park for the youngest, all surrounded by 4,000 m² of gardens. Undoubtedly one of the most attractive and sought-after residential complexes on this beach. Ten metres away there is a popular multi-sports area.



Apartment available on the first floor with an east-facing front terrace with fabulous sea and beach views. It has an independent kitchen, a gallery-laundry room, large living-dining room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms.



It offers WIFI service. Equipped with ceiling fans in two bedrooms and dining room.



Capacity 6/7 people.

NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ADMITTED (ages under thirty years).

PETS ALLOWED upon request, maximum 10 kilos (£7/night).



Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilets/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen changes. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/supplies. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!

Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. It is possible to collect keys outside office hours, by requesting this in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and evacuation of the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover possible damage: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after the apartment inspection, or contract an exemption for ACCIDENTAL damage (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.

The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within the apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newsagents, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope of entry into the water is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits well worth your while. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. Playa de l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea inlets and rivers.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado

Es un apartamento con mobiliario tipico de playa que cumple su función y con una ubicación inmejorable aunque las ventanas habría que cambiarlas porque los cierres y las persianas están muy deteriorados por el paso del tiempo y el clima. No obstante contactamos con Serviplaya y al día siguiente aunque era festivo, el personal de mantenimiento intentó buscar la mejor solución. La limpieza del apartamento es claramente mejorable, así como la limpieza del menaje. ¡Las sartenes tenían un dedo de grasa por debajo!.
