Our luxuriously appointed guest rooms offer a perfect starting point for all activities on the beautiful Lower Rhine They live quietly in a rural setting, close to the town of Xanten. Our guest rooms offer plenty of privacy. The ground floor has a terrace to the cottage garden under old chestnut trees. The first floor rooms in the house has a romantic log cabin atmosphere with 40 sqm terrace and beautiful panoramic views.

Proper place for short stay

In general a proper place for a short stay with a group of 6 adults. The accommodation is rated for 10 people however in our opinion 6 adults is the max. The whole set-up is straight forward; not a particular cosy place but functional and clean. We used it to explore the "Industry Kultur" from Ruhr area.

Nice house, with a few omissions

A pleasant spacious house, but lacked a good gathering space for all of us. No washing machine was a real problem. No freezer, either - and a bath would have been very welcome. It was odd having two kitchens. The surroundings were lovely.

schöne Lage, Quartier :Zimmer sehr schön, im Bad mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten wĂ€re schön, Staubsauger oben in der KĂŒche kein Anschluß, KĂŒchenuhr ging nicht, ist nicht schlimm,Uhrzeit kann man ja ĂŒberall nachschauen.Unten im Eingang tolles Foto von der HĂ€ngebrĂŒcke, leider standen die Putzutensilien,Staubsauger usw. nicht sehr attraktiv im Eingangsbereich. Aufenthalt war sehr schön.

Gelungenes Wochenende

Die Unterkunft in Xanten entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. FĂŒr den Aufenthalt einer 8-köpfigen Gruppe mit drei Hunden war das Haus perfekt - der große Garten mit Grill und Bestuhlung hat uns ebenfalls sehr ĂŒberzeugt.Zu beachten fĂŒr Hundehalter ist, dass es einen Zaun zur Straße sowie eine hohe Hecke zur Abgrenzung der rechten GrundstĂŒcksseite gibt - allerdings geht die Abgrenzung nicht um das gesamte GrundstĂŒck. In unserem Falle war das jedoch nicht schlimm, da das Gras der umliegenden Wiese sehr hoch war und die Hunde somit gut „eingegrenzt“ wurden.Der Hofladen, welcher sich ganz in der NĂ€he befindet, ist perfekt ausgestattet & die SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten Xantens sind (fĂŒr nicht eingeschrĂ€nkte Personen) auch sehr gut fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar.Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit entspannten Check-in/out Verfahren und einem sehr netten und zuverlĂ€ssigen Vermieter.

Viel Land drumherum

Sehr schönes Haus. GrundstĂŒck hat leider keinen Zaun und ist fĂŒr einen Hund nicht "ausbruchssicher".Xanten ist in max 10 Autominuten erreichbar.

Schönes Ferienhaus im GrĂŒnen

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich traumhaft: Ruhig, abgelegen und „fĂŒr sich“ und trotzdem ist man superschnell zentral in Xanten.Die KĂŒchenausstattung war z.T. zwar leider nicht mehr 100%ig intakt und auch nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber das tat unserem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und bedanken uns fĂŒr die schöne Unterkunft.

Es war ein sehr schönes verlĂ€ngertes Wochenende zum 1. Advent! Ziemlich abgelegenes Haus, aber da wir noch fit sind, waren die 4,5 km nach Xanten zu Fuß kein Problem! Das gemĂŒtliche Wohnzimmer war fĂŒr uns (8 Personen) top. Leider stank es im oberen Bad sehr aus dem Ausguss der Dusche. Da wir insgesamt sehr unkompliziert sind, haben wir den Aufendhalt sehr genossen und bei wunderschönem Wetter eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir sind mit insgesamt 10 Personen angereist (2 Familien mit jeweils 3 Kindern). Im Vorhinein wurden wir gefragt, welche Betten benötigt werden, diese wurden dann fĂŒr uns frisch vorbereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es ist eine schöne, sehr lĂ€ndliche Gegend, in der sich die Kinder toll austoben konnten. :-)

Fijn verblijf

Ons verblijf als gezin met volwassen en kleine kinderen op deze locatie was fijn. Er is alle ruimte om het huis met fijne tuin en privacy. De stad Xanten biedt voldoende aan interessants en ontspanning. Kortom, we hebben hier samen een aantal fijne dagen doorgebracht.

Familien-Sommer-Urlaub

Wir [5 Erw. und 2 Kinder (2 + 4)] haben uns bewusst fĂŒr dieses Haus entschieden, da wir die Lage durch einen Aufenthalt im Gutshaus bereits kannten. Xanten kennen wir schon seit vielen Jahren und das ruhig gelegene Haus war mit der Zimmeraufteilung fĂŒr unsere Familien-Gruppe perfekt. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich, ob Wassersport oder Geschichte, alles ist erreichbar. Unser Urlaub war sehr schön, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte prima. Vielleicht noch ein Hinweis fĂŒr GĂ€ste, die auch mit so kleinen Kindern reisen: Steckdosendeckel mitbringen und wer WĂ€sche waschen muss, der sollte in der Jugendherberge nachfragen.

Familienurlaub in lÀndlicher Idylle

In lĂ€ndlicher Ruhe und von Wiesen und Feldern umgeben haben wir, 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder mit 2 Hunden, unseren alljĂ€hrlichen Familienurlaub verbracht. Den schönen Garten mit Sitzplatz und Grill sowie die große Sonnenterrasse im 1. OG haben wir sehr genossen. Die BĂ€der sind neuwertig und sehr schön. Sehr bequeme Betten haben uns nachts gut schlafen lassen. Die grosse KĂŒche im OG war fĂŒr das gemeinsame FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Abendessen ideal. Die NĂ€he zu Xanten und die vielen Ziele ringsum lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus.

Familienurlaub mit Kinder und Enkel

Sehr schöne Lage, inbesonders fĂŒr Fahrradtouren. Der Wohn-Bereich ist besser nutzbar, wenn nicht alle SchlafrĂ€ume belegt werden mĂŒssen. Trotzdem hat uns der Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen.

Landurlaub an einer schönen Kulturstadt

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefĂŒhlt, alles stimmte mit der Beschreibung & Fotos. Die schnelle Beantwortung von Gastgeber war sehr. Die Lage war schön beruhigend und zu gleich schnell an der schönen Stadt Xanten mit tollen LVR-ArchĂ€ologischer Park Xanten und der Altstadt. Wir werden es nochmal besuchen und die beiden Wohnungen buchen. WĂŒnsche allen einen schönen Aufenthalt. 🌞

Möbel kaputt, Besen scheint noch von 18. Jahrhundert zu sein, schlechter Geruch im ganzen Haus, viele Möbel mit Spinnweben versehen, 2 Radios und keins geht
