LIVING ROOM: Couch and designer leather armchair—modern and cosy. Dining table from the 1950s with 4 wicker chairs and new carpet; white country-style kitchen with new, modern vinyl flooring; BATHROOM with shower and toilet, modernised in 2018, with tile flooring. The building features a swimming pool (free of charge) and a sauna (for a fee). From the balcony (beach chair, 4 chairs, and a table), you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Halligen islands. A washing machine is available in the basement. The beach is about a half-minute away. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the spa centre and city centre. A parking space (A17) is located directly in front of the side entrance (5e).
