Reception staff were really helpful when we turned up having failed to get into the property we were booked into. We booked through Expedia while at the reception desk after they confirmed that the room (the only room available) could be changed to a twin. As there was no one else available, the reception staff went to make the change themselves. Room was clean and as described with views of lake and mountains.

The apartment was perfect for our needs: walkable, parking provided, spacious with a kitchen. The only constructive feedback we have is that the internet was not very strong in that it made watching Netflix difficult at times. Otherwise, no complaints.

A beautiful apartment, great views, and very responsive staff. We stayed as a family of four and the room set up was perfect for us - a real added bonus with the garage, washer, and dryer too.
