Entire 3 Bed / 2.5 Bath home high on a hill off of an accessible state road that leads through the Catskills. You can see and hear cars, but with Big Stone's height advantage and our village's 30 MPH speed limit, cars don't feel aggressive.
With its stone-enclosed patios and wood-paneled living room, Big Stone House feels like a living antique upgraded with modern amenities. TV, Wi-Fi, an open-plan Kitchen + Dining, and crisply clean linens make Big Stone House great for cozy stays inside.

Past it’s prime
We loved the look of the house and the bathrooms were tidy enough and conveniently located. Finding the driveway was a challenge. The molding smell in the downstairs area was very strong and some would not be able to tolerate it. We opened windows. The picnic area was over grown with weeds. The kitchen was sort of under equipped but workable.
A bit of maintenance and proper moldremediation and the place would be awesome.

BEWARE Black Mold
We observed severe black mold on enclosed front porch which permeated the house. Very dirty, dusty. The MB bathroom had hair in the shower drain. 1 bathroom garbage wasnt emptied. Yard and outside were clearly under construction. House should not be rented.
