Toller Kundenservice. Bei der Ankunft war wohl eine neue Mitarbeiterin am Start; da hatte es geklemmt. Aber beim nächsten Besuch der Rezeption gab es eine andere und da klappte alles wunderbar. Mund zu Mund Propaganda
