"Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut. Leider haben wir das Kleingedruckte - dass nämlich die Endreinigung vom Mieter selbst durchgeführt werden soll - erst bei der Ankunft wahrgenommen... Dementsprechend war der Zustand der Wohnung (aufgeräumt aber eben nicht geputzt und auch kein Staub gewischt). Schon etwas eklig... Hier wäre mal eine echte Grundreinigung fällig!!! Der Balkon war für uns nicht nutzbar, da er total verdreckt war und die beiden vorhandenen Plastikstühle kaputt waren."

Mir persönlich war allerdings der Kühlschrank zu klein. Ich konnte nicht alles wie gewohnt darin lagern.Der kurze Weg zur Ostsee ist super. Zu den Supermärkten Rewe, Penny und Aldi kann man in ein paar Minuten auch laufen. Frau Rathjen ist sehr freundlich und erklärt bei Ankunft alles."
