Nice and convenient

Very handy when arriving and departing by rail, and only a short tram ride from centre. Good size room, comfy bed, good shower, good AC. Breakfast v good (served at nearby Europejskiej)

Positives: really clean room, proper hot water for the shower Negatives: constant buzzing sound in the room from the electric box that you cannot stop, the heating not working properly, hair dryer realy weak

Room clean. Miss some sugar and milk for coffe. You need drink black coffe or tea without sugar :(. Breakfast is in other hotel restaurant which is not good. Was there 8:30am and food dry and cold. Dry scrambled eggs,dry pancakes. Before was lovely fresh Breakfast where chef do fresh any choice of eggs for you. Very disappointed. Will stay in that hotel cos location but breakfast will eat in town.

The room is completely different from the photos. The shower is not enclosed, but covered with a curtain, so water is all over the floor. The room is clean but completely different from the photos, which is very disappointing.

I am happy for what I got for the price I paid

worth it for the price. During the week I would not pay more than 50 Euros. In the weekend maybe up to 70 Euros. The furniture is old the room also need some renovation. It is near the station and the personal are very friendly. I am happy for the price I paid, I did not expect any better.

In room no tea,coffe or water even is advertising on webside. No more breakfast in Sofia,now need go out and walk around 5min to other hotel restaurant where breakfast is not good. Cold ,dry pancakes. Not good breakfast. This time even not order was preder eat outside hotel.

The room I was given was not the same as the one shown on the Expedia platform. While it was clean, it was very outdated, and the mattress was clearly past its best. When I raised this at reception after checking in, I was told the only difference was the flowers in the pictures. They offered an extra pillow, but no real solution. Aside from this, I didn’t experience any major issues during my stay. However, the photos are definitely misleading. Had I known the actual condition of the room, I likely would have chosen a different hotel, especially since there were many comparable options in this price range.

Well i am normally the last person of complaining but had two stays at this hotel. Two of has been disaster. First round tv and plugs wasn’t working. Receptionist moved me to another room where door lock was playing funny. Then move to another room… after traveling for 7h with flights, car and bus that’s all you want lol plus early weeks of high risk of pregnancy. Second round arrived again after long travel and paid extra moneys for “deluxe room”. Arrived and get very stylish 1960 room where was nothing near “deluxe” and Expedia pictures at all… completely different hotel. On arrival at midnight temperature in the room was about 40degrees where outside was -10 so opening windows only helped for short time… went straight to bed as extremely tired. All night was sweaty as temperature was crazy in the room and toilet and not that you have control over it. In the morning went to take shower and there was empty shower gel bottle. Luckily had my own miniature. When I went downstairs to extend and pay for couple of h as remember check out is at 10am!! That was only possible for 1h. I have explained to the receptionist about issues and she have told me that there is only one soap included which is hand soap on the sink… so I asked if supposed to be empty bottle at the hanger in the shower? That’s really freaking hotel basic guys… so bloody disappointed and won’t recommend and stay my self there again so you better use hotels near by…

Meget fornøyd med oppholdet. Deilig seng, sov som en sten og meget romslig rom. Også deilig at det ligger rett over gaten for sentralstasjonen. Så dette kan trygt anbefales.

Leider war es etwas laut (Zimmer direkt über der Straßenbahn). Zwar Wasserkocher vorhanden, aber -auch auf Nachfrage- kein Kaffeepulver oder Tee. Zwischenzeitlich war der Aufzug ausgefallen. Reinigung nur alle drei Tage.
