Station One-5B - Oceanfront condo with community pool, tennis, beach

Renovated in May of 2023, Station One 5B is an absolutely stunning 3-bedroom oceanfront property. Located on the 5th floor of the centrally located Station One complex, the unit was completely redone from top to bottom, and boasts a sleek, modern look.

In the master bedroom, you will wake up to incredible views of the Atlantic. With a new king bed, ample storage, a sitting area to relax in while getting ready for a night out, and beautiful private bathroom, you may never want to leave! The two guest rooms are on the front side of the unit, and have a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively. These bedrooms share an equally beautiful bathroom in the hallway.

The kitchen is truly marvelous and has been meticulously designed with a number of custom features and all new appliances. The owners removed the kitchen’s partition wall to create a large open space, so the whole family can gather in the kitchen and living area to spend time together when not at the beach or out exploring the island. The unit also has its own private washer/dryer, which is a rare find in Station One!

This 5th floor ocean front balcony has unbeatable views of the ocean and Wrightsville Beach. There is a pool and tennis court on site, and you are within walking distance to the local restaurants and shops! Book your stay today and be one of the first to stay in this brand new unit!

Awful Service and Smell

The place was nice and clean when we showed up. However when we went to take a shower at night, this awful smell came out from the showers! It smelled like raw sewage and would stink up the entire condo! When I tried to call the Property Manager , it was after hours so even the emergency line wouldn't pick up. We ended up cleaning ourselves with bottled water! When I made the property manager aware of it, they told me THIS IS NORMAL and I should have just let the water run for 15 minutes and the smell would go away. Thats all fine and good, but why not have that in the check in instructions! They gave me no restitution in terms of a refund of any kind. Nice view is about all I can say on this that is positive.

Station One 5B

Location was great, property is dated, well appointed kitchen for cooking, decor nice, books to read. TV in living room did not work, refrigerator is too large for the kitchen which doesn’t allow for movement when cooking, A side-by-side cabinet depth would change the kitchen usage. Hallway toilet broke off the wall flooding bathroom. Key system at station one needs to be changed to a fob system. Most of the key locks were corroded and difficult to use. Also there should be enough keys for every adult. We were constantly having to make sure someone had a way to get into the facility with only two keys and six people. The views are exceptional and the porch an added plus. Would definitely use intercoastal Realty again. They also provided an abundance of towels. Overall we had a very nice week and good stay at station one.
