Oceanside Condo, Steps from Beach

  • Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath single level oceanside condominium. This unit is located in a prime Wrightsville Beach location - two blocks from Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier and one block in from the Atlantic Ocean. Walking to the beach is easy - access 14 (Shearwater) is just 1 minute down the street with no streets to cross and the access has a lifeguard station (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

    This 1400 squared feet condo is a spacious and clean open concept unit with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The kitchen includes a Wolf gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a built-in wine cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, blender, coffee makers and much more. There are two private outdoor porches off the living room and dining room. The unit is located on second story of three-story building. First level is the garage and storage. The unit sleeps 6-8 comfortably; queen size master bed, double bed in one guest bedroom, two twin beds in another and a double bed pull out couch in the living room. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. Another full bath and a half bathroom are located down the hall. All linens and bath towels are provided. Beach towels may be checked out at no additional cost.

    The property is beautifully landscaped and includes a seashell patio area, firepit and artificial turf. The outdoor space is a perfect spot to gather and relax after your day at the beach or from fishing. The firepit is available fall through spring (weather permitting) and is a great way to enjoy a cool evening!

    Two enclosed outdoor showers are available for your use with plenty of room to dry off towels, chairs and beach equipment. A washer and dryer are located in the unit with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Additionally, this unit includes 2 parking spots - one spot in the garage and one outside in the driveway.

    We take great pride in providing a clean, relaxing beach unit and are honored to have many returning visitors.

    Maximum guest capacity is 8. No parties or events are allowed on this property. Sorry no pets.

Easy check in process and condo was available ahead of the 4 pm timeframe. Unit is well maintained with a large well appointed kitchen and it’s only a short walk to the beach. This was our third time staying here. We will be back!

The property was very nice the beach and the fishing pier are within a 3 minute walk. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need to enjoy yourself at the beach. We drove to the battleship it was a 20 minute drive.

This rental has everything you could need for a great beach vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is spotless. Everything is close and within walking distance. The owners were very quick to respond and check in was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Getaway!

Right next to the beach, within walking distance of seaside restaurants and shops. Walking is the best way to get around. The property has outdoor showers, but I saw a widow spider in one of the showers, so I used the hose instead.

We (4 adults) had a wonderful experience at this residence. Spacious kitchen and dining areas. Two covered porches which complimented time of day, for morning sun or taking advantage of a light breeze. It was so clean! I’m particular about cleanliness and even the sheets had an obvious freshly laundered feel. The owners are definitely “super hosts”! Easiest check-in you can ever experience. The location is amazing. Steps to the beach, pier and quick drive back over the bridge to Harris Teeter (grocery) and restaurants. The interior was quiet and relaxing. Water pressure is excellent. The outdoor shower has hot water and two stalls! We will VRBO this again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and attention has gone into this condo.The first thing that stood out was how immaculately clean everything was. The entire space felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming, which immediately allowed us to relax and settle in. The condo was also incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after spending the day at the beach.The location is hard to beat. We loved having direct beach access without needing to cross a busy street, which made carrying our things back and forth effortless and added an extra layer of convenience and safety. It’s also less than a five-minute walk to Johnny Mercer’s Pier, making it easy to enjoy fishing, sightseeing, restaurants, and nearby attractions without needing to drive.One of the biggest bonuses was that all of the beach supplies were provided. Having chairs, toys, and games available saved us space when packing and made our beach days much more enjoyable. It’s one of those thoughtful touches that really elevates the guest experience.The host was fantastic throughout our stay…responsive, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making sure we had everything we needed. We were especially grateful when they offered us a late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our final morning without feeling rushed to pack up and leave.Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations. We will be back!
