"Radiators were left on all day and night , room was unbearable non of us could sleep with how warm it was . Shower was hanging off the wall and would only come on scolding hot . Also struggled turning it on / off . Ended u checking out at 8am because no one could sleep . Wouldn’t stay again … "

"Room was dirty, ant traps everywhere, rotting skirting boards, dirty splashes of something on the wall. You can hear EVERY single noise from the rooms next door someone came in at 2am banging and shouting and then were walking about. You can hear every footprint rooms are ancient. Smells old fashioned, no facilities, just awful "

"Very very private, pod was very clean and warm with everyting we needed. Biggest problem was the ourside and parking area. Very muddy....some gravel is needed at entrance and inside the gated area/parking. Thats my only moan. Other than that it was perfect."

"Spent a week here August 2024 with family. Great location, got to see heron, kingfishers, an otter (possibly), and plenty of night sky from the roof terrace. Walking distance to good local pubs. The hosts were wonderful. Old, converted, rural building so can't expect 'perfection', but clean and acceptable. Pictures are a true reflection of the property so you won't feel duped if you book. Overall good value for money and I would recommend."

"The host greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly; assuring us that if we needed anything further to let her know. It was very well equipped: fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, not forgetting a jug of fresh milk. Would definitely stay here again."
