Two wrecked cars on forecourt, dustbins tipped over and full of refuse. Back garden unkempt and drain overflowing.Inside the house was dirty and unclean. We had to wash the utensils and plates. The house was full of mould and mildew around the upstairs windows and woodwork.Evidence of hardened rodent droppings was...

"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...
