"In the heart of Munich, a great place to stay"

"Booked 6 triple rooms as it advertised 1 double and 1 single bed. Arrived to be told by reception that it is a sofa bed and it was not made up with bed sheets or duvets and as house keeping was not here (about 6pm) it would not be made up until the following day. We asked for the bedding ourselves to make up. No house keeping arrived the following day to check as reception has said they would. The reception also tried to charge me again even though I had prepaid. Premier inn seemed to be totally disconnected to the hotels.com booking service and everything that was wrong they just blamed hotels.com listing. Hotel itself is basic as expected by Premier Inn. Location is great close to Marienplatz and train station, hotel bar and restaurant area seemed new and modern. Would stay again but unhappy with how reception handled check in."

"The hotel was easy to find and super close to the main transit area. The staff was super friendly and professional. The room size was nice and the AC worked great! We really liked the “green stay” vouchers they give you, if you stay for more than 2 nights. Even without the voucher the drinks prices were reasonable. The hotel was in walking distance to a lot of nice areas as well. The breakfast buffet was good too."

"Really nice hotel .Well situated ,only a short walk from Marienplatz and the train station (easily accessible with luggage .)Breakfast was amazing ,with a chef cooking to order omelettes and eggs ."

"First off, the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the room missed its mark. The set up was awkward and a little run down. It could use a facelift. When the room was made up each day there was always something missing. It was either the small towels one day, or clean glasses the next, or the shower caps, you get what I mean, requiring a phone call to the desk every afternoon. It touted a heated pool/spa, which was barely staffed, the water was not very warm, the steam room was out of order, it was not worth our time. We were disappointed."

"I have been solo travelling for years & would like to think im pretty adaptable even if the hotel is not what it is - this has been the WORST hotel ever in my life..its cleanish but its in a dingy out dated building (photos are of the main hotel NOT this so be aware as they are MISLEADING!) but more worrying was the smell of mould/chemicals in the room with no reception or anyone on site.. had to sleep with the balcony open and couldn’t wait to get out in the morning..only stayed a night but I would have rather spend a little bit more money to have safety of mind and not having to woken up with all my allergies flared up or feeling suffocated. PLEASE AVOID!! only positive is location but still not worth all the problems it comes with!!!!"
