"Area isn't the best"

"This place is bad. I do not believe they own a vacuum - or a broom. Rooms were beyond filthy and they refused to allow us to cancel and issue a refund. Sheets had burn holes and dried sauce on the pillow case. There was a horrific smell in the hallways. Elevators stopped working and we were on the 5th floor. Phone in room didnt work so there was NO communication. The back door had no handles and after using a key card, you had to stick your finger into an open hole in the door to pull open. Then, people just propped it open with a rock. Kitchen staff did not wear hair nets or gloves. After the shape of the hotel, we could not trust the food was prepared with any type of guidelines. "

"Friendly staff, decent breakfast with several kinds of protein, juice, sides, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night due to our itinerary. It's a good "close to the airport for one night" hotel. The shuttle from the airport took a while, though. Waiting at midnight wasn't that fun."

"I went to the first room I was assigned and turned on the lights, set my bags down, and entered the restroom to use the toilet. Upon lifting the seat, I discovered that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned because someone's bowel movement was sitting in the toilet. I gathered my things and went to the front desk to ask for a new room that was cleaned. The front desk clerk was very sweet, apologetic, and accommodating. She quickly reassigned me to a new room and said I would be given some points for the disappointment of the situation. My next room was more clean than the first, however there was a lot of long dark hair remaining in the shower that did not belong to me. While the front desk was great, I believe that the level of attention to detail amongst the cleaning stafc could use some attention. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and other places I was frequenting "

"As other reviewers have said, it's a sketchy area but we felt safe once we were inside. It was very quiet and we didn't hear hardly any outside traffic and never heard anyone in other units. It also says no smoking, but the building strongly smelled like weed every time we walked in, so that took some getting used to. Our unit was clean and the bed/pillows/sheets were SO comfortable! We slept so well that we're considering buying a new mattress now. :) The bathroom is really small but it served its purpose. The only recommendations we'd make are to have paper towels for the kitchenette."
