"The facility is great and the hotel has a potential for greatness. The room was spacious and adequate. We appreciated having an indoor pool and hot tub open 24/7. The breakfast was ok. That said, the customer service was terrible. Except the front desk. The person managing the breakfast area is in dire need of customer service training. I don’t think it was value for money and I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The hotel is in walking distance to Riverfront Park. I thought the bathroom situation in my room was super annoying because the counter and sink are the in the common area and the shower toilet are in a separate room. You need these little tickets to get breakfast and a free drink in the bistro and that was also pretty annoying. But the staff was great, the pool area was totally adequate and fine, and it was fairly quiet Saturday night. "

"This hotel was such a pleasant place to stay at. The room was clean the bed was a standard queen a little small but not bad at all it was still very comfortable band a quiet night sleep. The night gal that checked us in was great. I forgot to get her name but was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Very satisfied well every aspect. 😊"

"We had two rooms. Room A: was dirty, missing a pillowcase, shower so gross we didn’t use, and way too hot despite using the heat/cool system. Room B stank strongly of cat urine and we couldn’t get it warm even though heater set to 80. Will not say here again. "
