  • Newly renovated home with some old-world charm; lovely front porch with seating leads to a bright, wonderful glass entry foyer that welcomes you to this classic feel with a modern touch. This unit has smart locks for easy access, Central heating & cooling, wifi throughout, big-screen TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, a bright bathroom, and Plenty of space to move around freely. This centrally located unit is less than a mile away from Downtown, Polar Park, and all the city has to offer.

    This property is equipped with cameras for security purposes. Cameras are in the common hallway (outside the APT) and the exterior of the building.
