This centrally located unit is less than a mile away from Downtown, Polar Park, and all the city has to offer.

This property is equipped with cameras for security purposes. Cameras are in the common hallway (outside the APT) and the exterior of the building.

There is a total of 5 cameras. Two are located at the building entrance, one in the front and one in the back entrance. The other is located on common area stairs of the building, one on the 1st floor. There is also one in the backyard right above the basement door pointing to the yard.
