"This house is huge and has lots of different indoor and outdoor gathering spaces so the kids and adults in our group of three families didn’t have to be on top of each other in one living space the whole time. Big firepit area and huge lawn were great, and we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. There’s a place to buy fresh crabs, oysters, and shrimp very close by, and the house has everything you need for a crab night. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind."

"The Waterfront Retreat on the Patuxent River is better than advertised. Our whole family stayed -- everyone loved it! It was clean, comfortable, with everything needed to stay comfortably, sleep, eat, relax and use as a home base for exploring. Solomons Island and the surrounding area was filled with lots of fun things to do (restaurant's, museums, history, boating, walking, etc.). "

"The location is perfect; we enjoyed evenings sitting by water and relaxing, after a quick few-minute trip to visit St Michael's. The home was perfect for two couples, and can easily support 6 folks.Two bedrooms are masters, and the remaining bedroom is across from the "guest" bathroom. We didn't use cooking utensils, so cannot comment on availability, however, all appliances were modern. We would not hesitate to rent the property again."

"We loved our stay at the Inn at Perry Cabin! It was so beautiful, quiet, clean, cute, and spacious. The restaurants in the resort are amazing and the food was outstanding. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. There are great amenities to offer. We enjoyed the pool. There is a nice downtown area with shops and restaurants you can walk to. We highly recommend this resort if you want a beautiful and quiet getaway! We already miss the gorgeous view by the water with the sailboats and yachts. It's a great view to wake up to or end the evening. "
