"Incredibly spacious! The rooms with two beds were huge, and the two full bathrooms were great. The open kitchen/living area was enormous. Easy drive to FSU, and not too far from Lake Bradford. Great place to congregate at the end of a busy day. "

"The area is safe. The property is around the corner from Fairway Middle school and in the morning we enjoyed a walk to Jack L McLean Jr Park close by. There were some shack looking homes, but many have been replaced by newer homes. We checked in at 9 PM in the dark and if I had been alone I would have been scared because it’s not like a well lit hotel parking lot, it’s a house in the country near the Florida state fairgrounds. We got a code for a keypad from the owner and a key from the lock box, went inside and turned on the air conditioner, which cooled down in about 20 minutes. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot & powerful. We were there for FSU parents weekend and local hotels were running 300-1000 a night. If you’re adventurous enough to stay in a trailer it was clean & comfortable & worked out just fine. The owner texted with us about a few questions we had upon arrival and were very nice. Not a bad commute only took us 13 minutes to FSU."
