This is NOT a party house. Family and friends are welcome, as well as business groups who want a place to relax and rest. Respectfully, do not rent this property if your real intention is to have a party. We have wonderful neighbors and we want to keep the neighborhood quiet and welcoming.

* NO SMOKING at home or on premises.
We do not allow smokers. We do not want the next guest to smell cigarettes in the house, nor do we want the neighbors to be bothered by the smell of cigarettes and others. If this rule is violated, and if there is a cigarette evidence such as stubs or just the smell, a $500 fine will be charged.

* Pet Policy:
Pets are also welcome for an additional fee of $10.00 per night (limit 3 pets). Let us know that you will take the pet when booking. Pets are not allowed in any furniture period. and please collect and dispose of pet waste.

*Respect the house:
This is very important. Take care of the entire house without damaging any item, furniture, floor, walls and others. If anything is damaged you should to pay for it.

*Cleaning for long stays:
If the house is rented for more than 14 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged and the house will be cleaned in the middle of the stay.

* Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Worked out well for us.

The house worked out well for us. I was traveling with my parents and we all had our own space. Would stay there again.
