"The room was clean, the breakfast muffins were delicious. I also took advantage of the free eggs from the owners’ chickens. The gardens were beautiful, tranquil and had plenty of seating areas. It’s an easy drive to the Abel Tasman trail and Motueka (where we went most evenings for dinner). This place is very comfortable and the owners make you feel at home. You can also pretty much see the Milky Way on a dark night. Walls are a bit thin and breakfast in the mornings are busy. It has a quirky charm."

"A new experience for us and maybe we could have been more prepared! This is camping++ and was perfect for this part of our trip. The Able Tasman is beautiful and needs to be experienced in its raw state"

"Fabulous large spotlessly clean room with amazing views over the mountains. Easy to park and a short walk into town for restaurants and there is also a local park almost opposite which is nice for a short walk. "
