"Our stay was amazing! We received great customer service. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need for a stay. We also brought food to make and enjoyed using the grill. The front desk was always helpful. This is a great place to bring family and escape the valley heat. We will definitely be back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very cozy. The cabin had all we needed. The grounds outside were very nice.This is not a complaint, because somethings are up to nature and the time of year. The description of the outside of the property mentions a stream, stocked with trout. Also, mentioned picking Black Berries. We were there in late June. The East Verde River on the property was barely a trickle . There was no sign of any trout. A few minnows and some crayfish. I’m sure the Black Berries are wonderful if your stay happens to coincide with them being mature and ready to eat.All the neighborhood trash cans including the ones for the cabin got ransacked one night, leaving trash everywhere.. I assumed bears, one neighbor said possibly javelinas. Again, not a complaint! Just something to be aware of.."

"Stop! Don't pack so much! This is a cabin that thinks of everything--even a first aid kit! There is a fully equipped kitchen (including spices, sharp knives and every electronic appliance you will want). Generous linens, extra chairs for visitors, boots on the shelf for fishing and snow days! Even jackets in various sizes! Walk out on one of the decks and just sit and enjoy the quiet! Tonto creek is your back yard - kids and adults alike enjoyed walking in the creek catching crawdads and snails. The birds were singing and the breeze was softly whispering. A few hikers walked by and were happy to say hello and say how the fishing was going! Check-in instructions were easy to follow (soo many remotes). There are FOUR levels of cabin to enjoy. Everyone had their favorite spot from ages 6 months to 67 years! Meals inside -- easy for 10. Meals outside - perfect! Fire pit (wood provided--we left extra). Fire ring upstairs perfect! We will be back.........."

"This is my 5th summer in a row staying at this wonderful cabin. There is a brand new deck this year! I travel with my cats and they love staring out at the birds and other creatures basking in the sun all day. A perfect place to escape June swoon in the valley, hike, wade in the river, and unplug. I'll be back next year!"
