We rented this house for our family vacation during the 4th holiday. We were aware that this was a new construction and the owner Brian was very clear that some landscaping was not complete. We arrived to them finishing the deck on the house and they were very welcoming and respectful of our time. The house was extremely nice inside with everything being new. We put the kids upstairs and took the basement area bedroom that was very beautiful, wide open and had a wonderful bathroom with quiet time away from the kid noise. The whole house was amazing for just beginning to rent to the public. The best part was the deck and outdoor vibe as well. Brian finished off the grounds area for us and put in a wood burning pit for us with chairs. Its a wooded area and in a matter of hours after our arrival we had Deer standing in our yard, feet from us allowing us to feed them some fruit. Every morning and evening them came back and often times laid down near us while we made s'mores. Brian was a great communicator! We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Our kids told us it was their favorite vacation ever.
