"Key cards were constant nuisance. Hard to get the elevators active so you could select your floor. Hard to get into rooms. People were phenomenal place was outstanding."

The rooms were spacious and would be great for an extended stay. The building and rooms could benefit from some updates, but didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. "The receptionist was useless. Provided zero help in regard to possible parking options, since their valley parking was all full. During the night, there was a super loud music in the room next door. I called the receptionist three times just to get a response that the security person didn’t hear any noise. I have all recorded. Never , ever again in this hotel. Terrible staff."
