No help when we arrived to unload the car. We had to unload and go to reception leaving th car unattended. We had to ask 3 times throughout the day to receive a water kettle. We only got it in the evening after we came back and called for a 3rd time. Shower pressure was a joke with only a trickle of water. This was our 3rd time stay at this hotel and were disappointed in what is otherwise an excellent hotel

fun atmosphere, great locations, several bars and places to eat in the hotel, nice pool area.

Loved the hotel, loved that they gave us access to the bar upstairs and gave us a a hotel credit. I wish the terrace was open when we went they told us it was closed but it was still nice to see from the

The staff was great, and the room was alright. The first room I was assigned to smelled like a sewer, and the second room was okay. Wall plugs definitely need to be updated. Other than that, it was great.
