"Pleasant stay at this cottage. Well equipped, enclosed garden, and very warm (underfloor heating throughout). Slightly dated interior could stand a refresh and minor maintenance needed like the bathroom fan and an external light not working, but this is minor nit-picking when compared to the good value this place represents! Would happily stay again and recommended for future guests."

"Beautifully presented cottage, lovely homely feel. Great location just between Woodhall Spa and Horncastle and not too far from Lincoln too. Lots places to visit nearby even though u are in the middle of nowhere with a fantastic view. "
